Meet Jennifer

Hi, I’m Jennifer — and this work is my passion with a purpose!

Over a decade ago, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that completely changed my relationship with food and my health. Going gluten-free wasn’t optional—it was a necessity. While I eventually learned how to manage my diet at home, dining out was a different story. Time after time, I got sick due to hidden gluten or cross-contact—even at restaurants that claimed to be “gluten-free friendly.” The lack of awareness, training, and systems was frustrating, disheartening, and sometimes even scary.

That experience lit a fire in me.

I didn’t want others to go through the same fear and uncertainty I felt just trying to enjoy a meal out. So I decided to turn mine and my family’s health struggle into a passion with a purpose. I became a Certified Gluten-Free Practitioner (CGP), Certified Health Coach, and immersed myself in the science of gluten-related disorders, nutrition, and food safety—training under leading experts like Dr. Tom O’Bryan.

I also leaned into my background in hospitality and wellness, where I had seen firsthand how kitchens run, how staff communicate, and how quickly things can go wrong when systems aren’t clear.

That’s what led me to launch The Gluten-Free Life Coaching & Consulting: a company dedicated to helping restaurants, cafés, and food service teams serve gluten-free guests with real confidence. I now provide science-based training, clear kitchen protocols, staff coaching, and certification services to create safer, more inclusive dining experiences—for both restaurant teams and the gluten-free guests they serve.

This isn’t just a business. It’s a mission. And I’m here to help make gluten-free dining safer, easier, and more welcoming—one restaurant at a time.
